Footfall data gives insights into the daily and hourly footfall within certain geographical areas. Geographical areas can be shopping areas/streets (minimum 4 ha and maximum 20 ha) (+50 shopping streets in standard list), train stations (+50 stations in standard list) or other public areas upon request.

Footfall data are generated by Mobile telco data. This includes all interactions, all SIM cards, all technologies (2G, 3G, 4G and soon 5G), all cells (indoor, outdoor, micro and femto) and all active users on the Orange Belgium network (Orange Belgium clients and international roaming clients) that can be used for data analysis purposes. 

• Data Capturing frequency: Every 5 minutes
• Data Transmission frequency: Quarterly, Hourly, daily or monthly upon request
