Data describing the mobile network signal strength across 2G, 3G and 4G technologies for every mobile operator in the country. The signal strength values are provided for each hexbin in the H3-11 hexgrid, whereby each hexbin is 50 meters across.

For each hexbin we provide:

• The average signal strength by technology and operator
• The confidence interval around this value
• How the value was obtained - either "measured" (based on crowdsourced measurements within the hexbin) or "calcualted (algorithmically derived based on nearby measuements)
• A qualitiative description of the signal strenght value
• the H3-11 hexgrid reference
