Real time availability of the sockets equipping the Belib 'terminals - Charging network for electric vehicles of the City of Paris.

A station is equipped with several terminals (charging point, post) itself equipped with different types of sockets.

Availability status description:

• Available : the charging point is free to use
• Not implemented: For the moment is not implemented by the operator. The operator will report "In maintenance" (from the moment it was declared by a maintenance setting).
• Busy : the charging point is occupied by a charging vehicle
• In the process of commissioning: The EVSE* has not yet been commissioned
• Reserve : the charging point has been reserved by a user
• Under maintenance : The charging point is not available
• Planned commissioning: Commissioning is planned and the EVSE* will soon be available. This is the step that follows the status "In progress".
• Deleted : The EVSE* has been deleted / withdrawn from the infrastructure (Belib' network)
• Unknown:  The status is unknown – Used when the terminal is not communicating with our server (either because it is off / no network communication etc… and it is not in maintenance mode) 

*EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. Is considered as an independently operated and managed part of a Charge Point that can deliver energy to one EV at a time.)
